 Change to SSP1 form effective 27th October 2008New form for employers notifying when SSP stops or is not payable The form SSP1 is changing. All employers should use the new style form, available from DWP from 27th October 2008, when SSP stops or is not payable. Use of the new form coincides with the introduction of the new Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) which replaces Incapacity Benefit and Income Support for new claimants. The form is available on DWP's website.
